From brief to result

A connected path from problem to practical outcome.

The project is shown as a sequence of decisions, creative development and practical outputs.

01

Challenge

The project involved relaunching an existing property, which meant search, maps, social media and other legacy touchpoints could contain old or inconsistent information. Raintree needed a clear message and a quick rollout that made the new identity visible immediately.

02

Approach

Zest created an IDR, or immediate digital rebrand, built around channel-by-channel content for SEO, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, website links, press materials and branded visual statements.

03

Solution

The “Green Vision Space” platform gave Raintree a flexible brand idea connected to green space, business growth, access and room to expand. Zest then applied the idea across brochure design, postcards, web banners, EDM, social layouts and launch communications.

04

Outcome

The work gave Raintree a coordinated launch system that could replace scattered legacy communication with strong, positive and consistent messages across search, maps, social and sales collateral.

The thinking behind the work

The key ideas behind the work.

The information from the original project materials is presented here as a native case-study narrative.

01

The project started with a practical need to take control of the conversation.

Zest framed the launch as an immediate digital rebrand, replacing unfocused legacy content with consistent new messaging across channels from the start.

02

Search, maps and social activity were planned as a launch ecosystem.

The launch plan covered SEO statements, Google Maps image strategy, Facebook and Instagram content, short video, promotional adverts and content-calendar planning.

03

The new platform was carried into sales collateral and digital artwork.

Zest applied the Green Vision Space idea across print and online materials, keeping the same themes of flexibility, access, growth and green business potential visible across formats.

Evidence and practical value

Selected proof points from the work.

The project was designed to create a useful system, environment or communication outcome—not a single isolated visual.
