A guest appreciation event concept for Avani that turned the idea of “Find Your Space” into a playful oversized chair installation, event graphics and invitation materials.

From brief to result

Challenge

Avani needed an appreciation-party environment that felt memorable, photogenic and clearly connected to the hotel brand, while still working practically inside the event venue.

Approach

Zest developed the event concept from sketch and spatial visualization through to production planning, using a large-scale chair installation as the central interaction and photo moment.

Solution

The final environment combined an oversized branded chair set, backdrop graphics, event invite materials and social-media-friendly photo opportunities that encouraged guests to engage with the brand.

The project gave Avani a distinctive hospitality event environment that moved from concept to design, production and live event use.
